I find that reading the collected works of Shakespeare and Dickens, Paradise Lost, War and Peace, the entire New York Sunday Times 1950-1990, all the spam mail I've received in the last year, and then popping out to the dentist's waiting room to pick up a few cubic feet of magazines, usually helps while away the time while the banners and adverts load up. Then the will to live slowly seeps away - and with it any desire to find out about family history, so it doesn't matter anyway. TIP: ensure your family history files are backed up somewhere securely and remote from your PC.

I always open another internet screen so that I can look at another website. As for left-handed knitting, I am a left-hander, but I learned to knit the right-handed way without any difficulty. Don't do it now though. nell

Hi Dave I'm right handed, eat left handed and knit cack handed! lol. I've knitted manya cack handed cardi in my time! Tip: Don't hang your washing out in the rain! Jeanette x

well I am off to do some shopping ,what on earth is going on with this site hardly ever go straight to the page I want and as for uploading photos Ha!!!! most frustrating .
