Today is Thursday 30th June. In the Post this morning came a cert from GRO SOUTHPORT. I only ordered it on Monday 27th June. At this rate I should be getting them before I order them. TED.

June Had one a few weeks ago that only took a couple of days as well. Perhaps mine have been screaming to be found and yours are holding back a bit. Is a nice surprise they have been so quick, compared to the wait we had when the programmes were on the telly. Bet yours will come tomorrow

How come some people get them so quick? I never get mine in less than a week. I ordered two on Friday and expect them tomorrow. Hope they arrive. Lynne

Jean, The FRC used to say they took a day longer, because they fax the orders to Southport and do them in batches 9at the end of the day??). I don't know if this is still the case (info about two years old lol) Sarah

I ordered two certs thursday the 23rd of June. They both arrived tuesday the 28th here in Canada. Now that's service! I doubt I could get a letter from one end of Canada to the other in that time. Teresa

Im thinking of sending for my aunts death cert some time after 1969. I wont bother giving them or name or ordering it, willjust wait for them to send it. Hope it comes by tomorrow mornings post, or I will be putting in a complaint about bad service. lol.

ordered 4 birth certs on 26th June est 1 July .... and bang on the day they arrived. If u have to wait longer than a couple of days over the est they gave i would advise you ring them to find out what the hold up is!!
