I sort of tagged on to Frances's thread re First World War prisoners so thought I would start my own thread. Has anyone had any luck using the Red Cross for information on internees WW1, if so can they give me an address or site details so that I can get intouch with them please. Many thanks Irene |

Irene You can google 'Red Cross' to find their HQ. Internees' records would be kept by the govt who interned them, wouldn't they? nell |

Thank you Nell have found the address and emailed them but will also write a letter to. They did a search on the internee for the family so hoping they have some records. Many thanks Irene |
