HELP ERROR IN THREAD

I KEEP GETTING A MESSAGE ' ERROE IN THREADED BOOK' WHEN I TRY TO READ THE THREADS TO MY POSTINGS. PERHAPS ITS ME . I AM A BIT OF A TECHNOPHOBE. I UPDATED MY MESSAGE AND THEN I WAS EMAILED THAT I HAD MISSED OUT THE THREAD. I AM NOT SURE IF WHAT I AM DOING IS CORRECT SO IF THER IS SOMEONE OUT THER WHO CAN ADVISE ME LIKE THE 'DUMMIES GUIDE' TO POSTING AND NUDGING AND THREADING AND WHATEVER ELSE I NEED TO KNOW I WOULD BE REALLY GRATEFUL THANKS LINDA

I think we are all getting this. i e mailed support last week and teir technicians were supposed to be checking the problem out. Ann glos

Hi Linda, I don't think it's anything to do with us. There's been a problem with this sort of thing for weeks now. It comes and goes and is sometimes worse than others. Very annoying. Genes were asked on several threads recently for an explanation but, so far, I've seen nothing from them. I may have missed it though. It's the same on Friends too. Perhaps a server problem, who knows. Just to let you know it's not only you, so it can't be anything you are doing wrongly. Best wishes Jan

usually just clicking on the appropriate board top tab resolves the problem (well, it seems to for me) jess

Clicking F5 is just the same as clicking Refresh on your menu bar though. Have also mailed GR about it but they say let us know if it happens again and ask which operating system and browser you are using to access the site. Not much help really! Anna
