A lot of messages crop up on this subject, there is a website dedicated to answering questions about any problems encountered using this program. It's hosted by Genealogy(.)com and it's a help board (very similar to the GR boards) where you can register free and use the board. It's monitored by volunteers who are experts in the program. There is also a massive database of previous questions that have been asked and answered. You can find the board here, http://genforum.genealogy(.)com/using/ You can browse the boards free of charge but in order to pose a question you will have to register (again free of charge). Best wishes. Ron. www.genealogyprinters(.)com
