I'm trying to find out more about a Coastguard, John Hocken, living 'opposite the Royal Naval Hospital' in 1861, and then at Mill House, Walmer in 1871. Would love to know if Mill House still exists, or if there is anywhere local that might have information on the Coastguards at Walmer. Any help greatly appreciated! Many thanks. Natalie |
