About three weeks ago someone contacted me regarding a thread on this tips board. I replied and that was the end of that........or at least I thought so!.........I deleted our messages and the entry for her name on my 'Contacts List'. About two or three days later her name reappeared on my Contacts List and I deleted it again. Since then her name has reappeared about five or six times and each time I delete it, but hitting the keys with more vigour each time.....Gggggrrrrr......why is this happening? Any ideas? (I note that each time her name appears it includes access to her tree....is that a clue??) Happy Hunting - Sarah

Send her a message telling her about the access bit If she denies access from her end it may help just guessing

Perhaps she still has you as a contact and clicks to allow you access to her tree Deborah

Deborah Sounds possible - maybe I should look at her tree next time lol - I don't even remember who she is now (not her name - I mean what we were speaking about previously) Sarah

Sarah she probaly doesn't even realise she has given you access to her tree. Esp if it was around the time genes changed the rules, we never had to untick the box before remember???? I bet you she didn't even see the box to untick. Shelli

Sarah, I had a similiar problem yesterday trying to delete a person off of the Beta tree. Everytime I deleted it another one appeared and then I ended up with four of the same relative. Maybe there's a fault somewhere? Carol
