Hi Yvonne, This happened to me once, quite some time ago, now. Send them an e-mail explaining what has happened, also copy & paste the e-mails proving you've paid, from them and the one from the credit card handler. They are very helpful on this site. They rectified they problem straight away, and added a couple of credits for the inconvenience! Debbie

Ive just bought some credits on this site like I normally do, and it still says remaining credits 0, Ive even closed down my system and rebooted but it still says the same. Ive had all the information sent to me from them saying I have credits etc. Can anyone give me any advice please it would be most appreciated. Regards Yvonne
