	I have just received my Grandfather’s Militia Attestation and it appears that, not only did he desert after twenty nine days but six months later he was discharged for felony. This all happened in 1905/6. I wonder if anyone could tell me where to look for the details of his crime which I am led to believe will still exist, somewhere. He was in the 6th Battalion Middlesex Regiment. Thank you for your help Janet
