Well, I can read what it says, but that's no help at all, is it? lol Don't forget the lady recorded as 'sister' might well be sister-in-law rather than sister, if she's related to the head of the previous schedule number. That's what you think, isn't it? The previous answer pointed out that the head in the second household might be away from home, which is how it reads if you stick with the rules (but in that case the sister should be the head). I say shoot the enumerator!! Sarah |

no they aren't. The head of household at 177 wasn't at home that night. |
