I can access census images, but the save image button does not work. Print and Share work fine. Any ideas please.

I just tried it and it seems to be working ok. Maybe it was a temporary glitch. Rose

Just tried it a few seconds ago and it seems ok. You need to wait for everything to load, though before you try to save the image. Have you always had a problem or has it just happened recently? Do you get any messages or anything on screen?

Carol... I have the same problem! Ancestry advised me to ensure I have downloaded the updates, but it still doesn't work for me! I'm glad I'm not the only one... but sorry its happening to you too. Let me know if you ever get this sorted out? Because Ancestry have told me the problem lies at their end, not mine, and have no idea on how to fix it for me. Cha.

Thanks for the replies. I noticed it a few weeks ago, and thought it was a temporary glitch. I have emptied temp internet files and history, rebooted, the usual stock remedies for these things, but to no avail. Nice to know its their problem and not mine though.
