EMAILING REGISTER OFFICE

I e-mailed Bradford Register office and told them what i was looking for,,, they repiled saying they had found the entry and to send my credit card details in 2 seperate e-mails plus address and they would post it to me,,,i had no problems at all. |

i once emailed a register office asking for details on someone although i gave them details of who i thought was the father and all they could do was say yes or no as i was right in the father if this makes sense lol |

Angela I often email Register Offices, asking if they can supply me with such and such a certificate, giving checking points. I either get a reply to say yes, they can and the reference I need is da de da, or (and this is far better in my opinion) No, because the father's name is wrong etc. I thus eliminate the wrong uns without spending a cent! And frequently, they phone or email me to query a possible spelling (its Holding, not Holden, do you still want it? Or - no father is named - do you still want it?) But what they will NOT do, is give you any info from the certificate itself until you have paid for it. Good luck Marjorie |

HI YA I JUST GAVE THEM DETAILS OF THE PERSON I WAS LOOKING FOR,IT WILL BE VERY INTERESTING TO SEE WHAT INFO THEY WILL GIVE ME VIA EMAIL IV NEVER EMAILED ANY REGISTRY OFFICES BEFORE HOPE I GET GOOD RESULT AS IM STUCK ON MY TREE BEST WISHES ANGIE |

I think they are likely to want you to pay for the cert first. |
