	In the 1861 England census Alice Dipple's birth is registered as Birmingham Paltalentte, living in Colwall Herfs. The original image is unclear. Anyone hazard an educated guess? Regards - Terry

	I not sure it's Birmingham at all - Ballingham or Bullingham perhaps (Herefordshire). (Also the cousin on the next line). No idea on the other word.
