Anyone having trouble with FreeBMD??

They Updated it yesterday & every1 was having probs with it.. Kept coming back as nothing found..But keep clicking FIND.... I had same probs 5 'sorry no results found' then on 6th time of clicking 'Find' it worked lesley :~)

It was playing up last night as well I kept getting no matches or when I did and I clicked to see the others on the page, it then said no matches found! Think they must be having a few problems since their update although I did find 2 elusive marriages on there last night that have just been added so I'm happy! Lou

Hi All, There's this message on their home page: 'Errors We are aware of problems with the search at present, and are working to resolve them. In order to ensure that we can devote our efforts to fixing the problem, we would ask that users refrain from reporting errors for the present.' Gillian

Here's what I think, from someone who is completely computer illiterate!!!! Since FreeBMD did their last update I keep getting the 'no matches' screen when I know there ARE matches. Sometimes if I click find again I will get the same again and sometimes I will get the results list. I suddenly realised - usually when they have an update they get inundated and so I would usually expect to get the 'Server Busy' message quite often, but have not seen that one at all this time round. So.....is it that when it should say Server Busy, it's saying, No Matches instead???? Sarah

I found one entry I was looking for just now but then it returned to 'no matches found' so again, best try later... Kate.

Is anyone else getting 'no results' on their searched?? I have just 6 searches and 5 of them came up no results!! I know there are, as I have searched for them before, and am using very common surnames ie SCOTT??!! Debbie
