Thankyou all very much. I havent got any of George's Aunties and Uncles on my tree as they are not directly related but I have to say Wood rang a bell with me so I'll have to go and check all my records. Thanks for your time and confirming that with me, best wishes, Carol

Family name is definitely Wood. George and Harry Sandalls described as nephews to the head Emma Wood, a widow. Kath. x

Hi, Crista if you are still around please could you re-check the George Sandalls born Richmond, Surrey, 1879 on the 1891 census. You have him living with a Wood family in Kingston, Surrey. Could you check the original script for me to see if 'Cook' has been mistaken for 'Wood' as George's mother's maiden name was Cook and I'm sure this is her family. many thanks yet again, Carol
