They automatically renew when your subscription runs out, you have to let them know if you want to cancel |

Helen, They do that. Unless you contact them to cancel, they assume you wish to keep your subscription and just debit you when it needs renewing. Sam x |

They normaly send an email reminding you that they will be taking the money I think its about 10 days before |

It used to be part of their Terms and Conditions that they would e-mail you 14 days before renewal was due. If this IS the case in your Ts & Cs and if they have NOT mailed you, then they are in breach of contract. If so, send them a stiff e-mail to complain. |
