Hi Dawn. When you have created the tree on screen you have a couple of options. 1. When you have the tree on screen go to File, Export Tree, Then save it to PDF. This will save the tree as a PDF file. Most PC's have Adobe Acrobat on them, if the person who reveived the PDF file has not got it they can download it free from www(.)adobe(.)com and this is the program that will be used to view the tree by the reipient. They will be able to zoom in and out to read and scroll across the tree. 2. You can also save it into the FTM folder and if someone else has FTM they can access the tree from the open saved view option. Good luck Ron www(.)genealogyprinters(.)com

I must be having a thick day put it down to half term weariness. I have just got ftm2005 and have worked out how to put tree on and view different bits. I want to email my parents trees for their lines not all the info I have on there. I can get as far as having the tree I want on my screen and then I am stuck. Please help me. Dawn
