Judy in the States. Help me Please

I have a problem Someone keeps deleting my tree from this site. First of all 4 weeks ago. I have rebuilt as I had no gedcom backup. All was well Sunday at 3 by eight my tree had been deleted again. I was out until after 6. Genes have uploaded my tree for me at 5 Today Monday. I logged back on no tree again Can someone Please Help Maureen

Maureen, Set yourself up with a new account and member id and load your tree into that. Then ask genes if they can give that account full membership rights. Crista

Yes this is very worrying isn't it. And I feel so sorry for Maureen - especially as GR don't seem to want to believe that she is not doing it herself! I really think they ought to be taking this more seriously. I think the least they can do is to set Maureen up another account and transfer her tree over for her. Jeanette x

I have just logged back into genes this morning to find My password has been changed by whoever is doing this. I changed it on Sunday Another digit has been added since I logged off last night Maureen

Do Whatever you Please I am so Fed Up As I cannot do anything I change my password. They still Change it. The comp here is protected By loads of Spywares Etc Genes keep saying that I have done it. I have'nt I dont know whay to Do I'm gonna give up I'm not renewing Maureen In Tears

Hi Maureen, I answered on the GB for your plight. Could someone be accessing your computer where it is? Have you tried changing all your passwords not just for GR? Julie xxx
