Member Since: December 2004 Posts: 0 Send Message	Hi Totally Confused It was Mastercard that they wouldn't recognise. I have emailed and had two replies that didn't answer the question or solve it. It might be my fault they don't understand. I have tried again to explain that I can't register because they wouldn't accept the card. Hope it's 3rd time lucky. Margaret

	Im sorry to hear that Margaret, you must be chomping at the bit. They have always been very good in replying to my queries, sometimes within hours by email. I suppose you are using an accepted card, are you? Give them another mail - Im sure you will get a nice young man with a name like Kirk or Dwyane contacting you shortly!

I bought FTM2005 and am trying to register for the free 90/30 days free trials for Ancestry which were offered. They just wont accept card number which has to be put on for the free trial. I have emailed but no success so far with their replies. Margaret
