Hi Totally Confused It was Mastercard that they wouldn't recognise. I have emailed and had two replies that didn't answer the question or solve it. It might be my fault they don't understand. I have tried again to explain that I can't register because they wouldn't accept the card. Hope it's 3rd time lucky. Margaret |

Im sorry to hear that Margaret, you must be chomping at the bit. They have always been very good in replying to my queries, sometimes within hours by email. I suppose you are using an accepted card, are you? Give them another mail - Im sure you will get a nice young man with a name like Kirk or Dwyane contacting you shortly! |

Has anyone else had trouble registering Credit Card with Ancestry. I bought FTM2005 and am trying to register for the free 90/30 days free trials for Ancestry which were offered. They just wont accept card number which has to be put on for the free trial. I have emailed but no success so far with their replies. Margaret |
