Hi Bugs, as everything else is ok when you print it, it sounds like there's a conflict between the attachements and your printer. Try saving the attachements to your pc 1st and then print them, it might work. Maria :)

Have you 'aligned' the printheads? sometimes it is that and not that they need cleaning? - karen

Have cleaned and deep cleaned about 5 times each - still having the same trouble brenda

I have sent the attachment to a friend to print out and it is fine. Does that mean it is definitely the printheads brenda

When I print from attachments I get white stripes across the paper. Everything else is fine, just printing from attachments Anyone got any dieas please brenda
