Help Pages - where are they?

Sorry to be so dim but can anyone tell me where to find the 'help pages' ??? I am becomming more and more frustrated using this sytem and wonder if it is worthwile? Its not very user friendly for non-IT people. Thanks , Hairless. |

Hi Janice, there's a HELP/FAQs option on the left side of the screen 5th from the bottom on my screen. Hope this helps. Jan :-)) |

As with so many things on the GR site - difficult to find. I think they should be very prominent without the need to scroll down. i didn't even know they existed until i read this thread! nell |
