Help......has anyone exported their tree from site

I have tried exporting my tree a couple of times and not having a lot of luck, I have legacy 5 and downloaded a genviewer that works with that. But have no idea how to use it properly, is there something that I have don't wrong lol Any help that any of you can give, will be really appreciated Nicola xx

Hi Nichola I've tried doing it a couple of times so that I could upload it onto another site. I'm afraid to say it didn't work either time! Sometimes it is a bit tempremental on here so it might be worth dropping Genes a line asking if all is working ok. Jeanette x

Hi Nicola, Having the same problem, but thought it was me. I downloaded PAF5 from LDS, then tried to Export my tree. Didn't work so gave up. May try again later. Ann

I managed to download it to FTM V10, but have only done it the once. Seem to rememer having a problem opening it at first but persevered. Ros

hi Nicola I have just this minute exported my GR tree to PAF 5. I just clicked on import/Export tree and then clicked export GedCom. It worked fine. here is the link for PAF 5.
