hi, have found details of a rellie on the cwgs site. im now wondering how i go about getting more info, medals etc. he was in 1st bt seaforth highlanders, died in 1916 in amara mesopotamia age 17 1/2. any help appreciated. leanne x |

Leanne, Oooh err, I seem to recall that the Seaforth's were in the thick of it! Have a look at www(.)regiments(.)org - they have a chronological listing of who did what and when. It was no end of help in sorting out my hapless soldier ancestors. Regs Jane |
