	A few weeks ago I couldn't access images on Fam.Relatives site..I e-mailed them, their reply told me they knew there was a problem. I said I'd leave it a few days + try again. THEN I had an accident, concussion + post concussion problems so wasn't able to continue research. I went back on Friday + my credits had expired!!! I e-mailed them + explained AND guess what..they have reinstated my credits!! That's what I call good service.:) Ann x
