Hi Derek The (.)uk one is for uk folk to join and the (.)com is for the US etc. It doesnt really make a difference except that I think one is in $ and the other £. As far as I know you get the same info on each. Vikki xx

Hi Derek As far as I know, the info relating to the UK is the same on both. I subscribed on the (.)com site but my user name and password allow me to access both sites. I also paid extra for the Historic Newspapers section (which I wouldn't recommend!) but I can only access these through the (.)com site. Hope this helps Sam

Can any one tell me if Ancestry(.)com contains identical info as Ancestry(.)co(.)uk regarding UK info. Apologies for all the brackets. If there is a difference, can someone please explain. Thanks for your time, Derek in France
