Hello Sally Have you checked the birth on 1837 online. They have army births abroad as I found lots of my family on there.I have some pages saved which cover lots of surnames and years,what was the childs name? Deborah

Does anyone know how/where I would be able to get a copy of a birth certificate for a baby born to a serving (?British army) soldier in the Falkland islands approx 1850's. Would the baby be regarded as British in which case wopuld the copy certificate be found in the UK?
