Trudy, When you click on the save icon, does it open up another window which displays the image in it. This is the image to right click on and save as. When you save as you should be asked where you want to save it to. Is this not happening when you do it. It has worked every time for me. The only time I had part images was when I was right clicking on the first image when it was displayed. Jenny

Hi Jenny Thats exactly what I have been doing - but when I go to look at the image again later of put it into a document of any kind it is 'cut off' and only half of it is there, even though it looks ok on the screen when I save it. Help, please!!!! Trudy

Hello Trudy, I had the same problem then eventually worked it out. At the top, above the actual image, there is an icon that says 'save'. Click on that and the procedure is as before, ie right click with the mouse and then save picture as. Hope this helps Jenny

Hi all - please can someone help before I throw this computer out the window!!! I will admit - I used to gain 'free' access to Ancestry via galegroup and never had the following problem, all images printed & saved as seen, but have now joined Ancestry myself - but I seem to be having aproblem with saving and printing images. I have never had this before, but it seems to only print or save half the image that I am looking at and I am getting very frustrated - how on earth do I do it? Thanks Trudy
