received a letter from the Netherlands this morning and it said that my Grandmother applied for REGISTRATION -what is registration? Lizz

hi liz, was your grandmother going the to netherlands to live? maybe it was different than it is today. seeing as how were all part of europe now. maybe it was like emigrating and you had to get permission to move to that country. or maybe im just talking a lot of rubbish lol my son lives and works there and he didnt have to get registered
