Its the letters of your surname, + the numbers of you birth date+Your initials, then a number and 2 letters

The last Letters are at random unless you state a few middle names, the 5 or 6 which doesn't seem to fit in with your birthdate stands for a one and shows its a female, well it used to, been out of the business a while, that bit may have changed.
