Certificate order query please

Hi all, 3 days ago I ordered a marriage certificate with a checking ref, first time I have done this. Do you think I would have heard by now if the info didn't match? Just getting a wee bit excited :-) Regards Sam

That is not long if you ordered from GRO. I think it states on the site that certificates should be sent after 5 - 7 working days, but dont quote me on that.

Hi Sammy, I have had a couple of these and I usually have received an email at about the same time I would have expected to receive the certificate (if the info had been correct!) Sam

Thank you both, I did try to reply last night but kept getting 'page not cannot be displayed' As certs are arriving within a week lately, I just wondered if that meant mine must have been located by now and all info correct. *Ahh....Wishful thinking....sigh... I need to be patient, I know :)

Hi all. When you look at the summary (just before you proced with payment), it should tell you when it will approx arrive. At the moment the waiting list is around 7 days.

Hi Sammy Ordered a cert with a checking ref last Wednesday - had email Tuesday to say checking points didn't match, therefore no cert. Hope this helps!! Trudy
