Help Please Marriage in Lithuania 1902

Who would i contact to find out these details I Have on a birth certificate details that my great grandfather and Great Gran married in Poland in 1902 . Vilnius is now part of lithuania was part of russia and was part of Poland>. Any idea where the records would be kept.
