After finally getting my aunts death certificate, (and spending many more weeks finding the person who registered her death). She had a learning difficulty, and from what i have been told was basically put into hospital care in essex and family abandened her. She shared a flat with another lady in late 80s and early 90s (died in 1996). The lady who reg her death was her key worker, and was as pleased to hear from me as I her. If only I had been 10 years earlier!. As she used to ask what had happened to her family. just wanted to thank everyone who put me in the right direction. christine. x |
