	Widcard is a * or a ? in place of letters. For example, if I wanted to search for Christopher, but I wasn't sure if he was down as Chris or Christopher or whatever, I'd put Chris* If it's just a single letter you're unsure of, use ?

	do a wild card search on Ancestry. I've heard about them but don't know to do one Thanks Linda
