Yes I agree, they have improved. I received mine before the due date. I read in one of the Family History magazines that they have employed more people, as there is a higher demand for certificates since the BBC programme. |

That's good - I ordered one yesterday and the estimated despatch date was 29 April so hopefully it will arrive before then! Sam |

I ordered three with a despatch date of 26th April. One arrived Friday, still waiting for the other two! Thing is, they're all for the same name - two births and a death. I have the death but need the other two to confirm! I hate waiting! |

I ordered a certificate on Thursday 21st April, with a despatch date of the 27th April. It arrived this morning!!! Woohoo, I'm really pleased! Helen |
