Hi Emma You would have to look on the electoral registers, usually held at the county records office of main library for the place in question. Sam

Kelly's Directories were still being published in the 1970s. I know where I lived their directory contained a street by street listing of householder's names as well as a trade directory. I don't think these are online for such a recent date but libraries or records offices in the Blackpool area probably hold them.
