If you are not the adoptee and your mother is still living only she is entitled to apply for the papers not you.This is the way the system works presumably she told you her birth name? Jess

Are the adoptee yourself? if not, is the person deceaced that was adopted? Jess -message from Susan- no, im not, my mum was adopted during the war, her name at the time was ***** ***** *****, when she was adopted it changed to ***** ***** ***** ........................................................................................
