Problem viewing trees

Is anyone else having trouble ie a couple of people said they allowed me to view there tree however in my contacts list it still says request, any ideas, ( I've tried refreshing page) AL |

Ann-Marie The problem is at their end, not yours. They haven't yet given you access. They should see the word Remove in the right hand column in My Contacts if they have given you access. It is a bit back to front for some people. You should see the word View with a green tree in the second from right column against their name. Peter |

Hi Does this mean that i too have got it round the wrong way i have all my contacts saying 'remove' rather than 'allow' I presumed if it said remove then we were not allowing them to view our trees, what should they be at so no one can view my trees, many thanks janice |

Many thanks, i am now understanding it - it takes me a while!! I think the problem i have is when i am contacting people I must be ticking the box before i email them thanks again janice |

Hi Peter, I asked them if it says Remove next to my name in contacts and apparently it does, I just got a message from someone saying he cant view my tree however my end it says remove. I have contacted support about it now. AL |

If you can see the little green tree against someones name, it means that you have access to theirs. |

Hi I don't know how my contact did autoreply but if you search Jeffrey Place 1941 mem no.1972867 (to make sure its the right one) he should be able to advise. Hope this helps AL |
