How on earth do I track the birth of someone born at sea? lol Help me please. I never had one of these before.

I hope someone does have ideas, as I have one born on the sea Even worse than that, I think it was on the way from Ireland. Linda

Over Seas births ! seriously - 1837Online has such a section, also I seem to remember a 'deaths at sea' section on the GRO, maybe theres an equivalent 'births at at sea' ? Kind regards, LD

Thanks Chris & Laird :) I panicked a bit when I saw Sea - not that it says that on the transcription on Ancestry lol - 'Bay of Bessay Cakeg'

Thank you for the tips, unfortunately the one I need was 1800, so too early for these ideas. Linda
