Tina, you are right again, you are clever I have had a look at all the census again and I can see what you mean. This has been puzzling me for ages and you have solved it. I will look forward to now finding more relatives to add to my tree, thanks to your help. I had better get back to my work now or I will get the sack lol Thanks again. Rhonda |

Tina, William L Williams is Victoria's husband on the marriage certificate. There is a little twist to this storey. They had my great grandmother five months after they got married but she is not living with them on the 1901 census. She is living with a Phoebe Williams and family and it says she is their daughter. Also at the address is a Billy Williams I think this is William L Williams. but he is down has living with Victoria in 1901. Also if I go back on the census William L Williams was William T Williams. Did everyone change their names in them days or is it a mistake by the person who wrote the census. I have not yet found her or her family on the other census. I have sent for her birth certificate so that might help me. It say's on the marriage certificate that her father was dead. I didn't forget the lovely Rosemary, how could I, she has helped me in the past. I thanked her yesterday. If I forgot anybody THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU, I feel so happy today lol Rhonda |
