I found this family on the 1881 Census at 19 Durham Street, Byshottles & Brandon, Durham, and I'm trying to trace them forward in time. Could someone help with an 1891 & 1901 Census lookup request for this Baker family from Barnard Castle? Jess 1891 4 Plumber St and steam craneman as you said. westgate and Elswick are both just suburbs on Newcastle now. They are on the river where there was a lot of shipbuilding and unloading of cargo ships, hence the craneman Linda
