GR problem with displaying trees again?

I am wondering if Genes and Ancestory are the same company as both are having similar problems and I am having problems with both. I have had 2 lovely people from Genes who live in America contact Ancestry by phone on my behalf but no news yet.

Hi Again Dont know if you read this before .... I wrote to Genes at the weekend to report the 'horrendous' problems alot of people have been experiencing. Here is their reply........ Thanks for reporting this problem. The site has been experiencing exceptional levels of traffic over the last few days which is why you may have experienced problems logging on. Our technical team is currently investigating and we hope to have the problem rectified as soon as possible. Suffice to say, this is usually just a temporary problem and should work OK if you try again. Regards Julie(genes reunited team) Hope this answers a little of peoples problems! Vikki xxx

just tried to view tree no joy ,object-defind error line 13 , its got me, not a clue.

Trudy Loads of us are having trouble, there are threads on Tips and General board about it. You are not alone, the problem lies with Genes not our PC's. Pat x

I added someone to my tree this morning and since then have been unable to get in. If there are lots of us with this problem hopefully they will fix it Val

Hi Checked mine and all is okay for now. I have mailed genes over the weekend to ask if they are having problems with their servers etc, but they only reply mon-fri so am waiting for a response. Alot of people are having problems. Vikki xx

Hi does anyone else have a problem displaying their tree again at the moment - I had a problem over the weekend but it seemed to sort itself out, bu I've just added a couple of rellies and now I can't get it to display again. Trudy
