Seemingly they were at Clifton buildings Southwark in 1901 |

You have an address, so the poll books for this era may help you, but this would mean a trip to that part of London where the poll books would be, at the nearest big library to the area of your interest. You can find out which area of London by looking at The Phillimore Index to Parishes which is usually a reference book but will be found at most libraries near to where you live. You can then track him backwards and forwards until he disappears from that address. Janet |
