Help needed with Ancestry log in

Member Since: August 2003 Posts: 316 Send Message	I am unable to log in to Ancestry and have tried via the forgotten name and password page but they say they will send me a new password by my e-mail but nothing is coming through. Have tried several times over the last 8 hours. Can someone help please.

	I had problems earlier today. It kept telling me that I was logged on, on another computer (which I wasn't). However I've just managed to get logged on about ten minutes ago. However you seem to have to select what records you want to search, before it will bring up the search screen. Don't know if this is a permanent change, but it's different from what I'm used to.
