I cannot access part of my tree the error is active x can't create object 429 Happy genes reunited error Is it me or them?would be grateful for any advice Thanx

Hannah I'm having the same problem. And with sending emails. It tells me it hasn't been sent due to an error and people are getting them more than once V

hi everyone, I deleted my tree and imported full one to find it had somehow applied some people to wrong families??? It wouldn't let me delete them as they were now connected to two sets of families so deleted it again and tried importing again only to get 'happy error' I am not going to try again until monday morning when hopefully the site will be less busy and gremlins sorted out. Hi all, I solved this one by altering my Firewall settings to allow 'ActiveX objects'. I am no expert so I don't know if this is a good idea! Marian

I'm having exactly the same problems,especially emailing other members after the error message comes up it then sends my email twice.Also I'm finding the site running very slowly . Thought it was just me. Elaine
