The girls names on 1871 are defo Sarah and Mary. The image is clear and the addy is defo 10 Elwin St.Maybe they had middle names that they used? Anna :-)

Hi Anna - thanks for that - how did you find them? His occupation should be 'Coach carver' as it is on all subsequent censi, is it possible to look at the original, I am wondering if it's just that it's difficult to read and Mary could be Martha and Sarah could be Martha - just hoping! Trudy

All the Census are free to search address only through the FRC (Family Record Centre) in Myddleton Street London or TNA (The National Archives) at Kew. They are also free to search adress only at your local CRO (County Record Office)and big reference libraries for that county only. FRC and TNA have the census for all counties. Local LDS Centres will also help. Janet

Anyone any ideas – trying to find these on 1871: Samuel Mason – Boot/Shoemaker and wife Martha with Martha and Samuel Junior. They are shown as follows on the 1881 &1891 census all at 10 Elwin Street, Bethnal Green. Shown on 1891 census at 10 Elwin Street, Bethnal Green as a Shoemaker with, Martha (born Wisbech, Cambs), and children, Martha (18) Boot Machinist, Henry(18) Boot Laster, Annie (16) Boot Fitter, Donald(14) Table Maker, Elizabeth (12), George(10), William(7), Thomas(4) and Alfred(3) Shown on 1881 census at 10 Elwin Street, Bethnal Green as Boot Maker, with Martha his wife and children Donald(1876), Elizabeth (1879), Annie (1874), Harry (1872), Martha(1870), Samuel(1868). Does anyone know of a way to search for an addy rather than a person on the 1871? Thanks Trudy
