Its ok if you click on to immediate family or relations they are still there Jeanette

any one with this message needs to email their help desk. I have and theyve passed it onto the boffins to investigate. The more of us who contact them the more quickly the problem will be resolved. I hope!

hi mine is the same today, only happens when i try to open the tree - i just get the first couple and thats it!! Think its a GR error Like this : HappyGenesReunited error '800a9c68' Application-defined or object-defined error /genesreunited.asp, line 13 Teresa

When I try to access my tree Iget this message Happy gr error application defined or object defined error/genes reunited asp line 13. Only a bit of the tree is displayed its driving me crazy. I was going to ask Microsoft but they want money.Can anyone help please. I am so useless with technical stuff.
