This is from the site help on ancestry Forgot Your Username or Password If you attempt to log in to Ancestry and are unsuccessful, you may be entering the wrong username or password. To obtain your username and password, follow the instructions below: Click the Forgot your password? link on the page. The Forgot Your Username or Password box will appear. Enter your e-mail address in the E-mail Address field located at the bottom of the page. Note: For security measures, Ancestry will only send a password to the e-mail address registered with the account. Click the Submit button. A Confirmation of Request page will display with notification that your username and password have been sent to your e-mail account. Hope it helps you Anna :-) |

I have been a bit daft....registered etc....but....i didnt write down my username or password. and yes, i cant for the life of me recall the details.Ive emailed them for help, but no reply...any suggestions please? I have a confirmation email from them, but it doesnt give me the details. Many thanks Donna |
