I am kicking myself. On 5th April I applied for a certificate online. Given 13th April for despatch so I have been waiting. Not in the post this morning, but just had email to say they couldn't find it in Dec qtr. Which isn't surprising as I should have put Sept qtr!!!!!!!!!!!! So £3 wasted, the balance being refunded through World Pay. Just emailed them back so more waiting. I really wanted that one too (Well I really want all of them. lol Idiot Jean |

Pleased to hear I am not the only one. If I hadn't printed out the order form I would not have believed them! I just sent an email back telling them the correct qtr. Do I need to start again with an online order form perhaps? Am all mixed up now. Jean |
