HI Mark, Found my old disk 2003 there are a few Bernard Moons around, wills send you the list but nothing in the Hampshire area, there could be a few resons why he is not showing he could have opted out moved abroad or be in the forces or moved recently. If you cant use anything else you could always try Traceline. Have you any others relatives name brothers etc, for me to try for you? Sheila

I know someone who needed to find a man and was having difficulty finding him. She paid for the Salvation Army search service and they found him - and he had indeed been in prison. I believe the S. A. have access to more records than we do. This service will locate them if possible, will tell them that (named person)is looking for them but will leave it up to them whether or not they wish to make contact. You say he has opted out of the full list. Do you know that? Could he be abroad or even sadly, have died?

christopher, yes his dob is 19/6/48, does this make it easier to find them? I'm actually wondering if he might be in prison cos I can find no trace of him!!!

Hi, You could ask someone with one of the older electoral roll disk to see if they can find him say 2002, think there used to be someone on the records office that had this . Sheila

I am trying to find Bernard Philip Moon from Hampshire area but he has opted out of the public electoral roll, does anyone know how else I can find him, he is my natural father, any info would be great!!!
