I started my tree on Genes but soon released it was best to hold the master off-line. I exported my tree and have since added to it both manually and by receiving GEDCOMs that I have merged into my tree. PERFECT. Now, I have found a number of other trees on Genes that have been shared with me but cannot find a way of exporting their tree(s) to enable me to merge them into my off-line master. I know I could ask the owner to do it for me and mail it to me, after all, they are family!!!!, but would prefer to be able to do it for myself. Has anyone out there cracked this problem or have any thoughts on this? |

personally don't think its possible as they need to export it off GR to be able to do this! Best and easuest way is to ask them to send it to you. xx |
